Building on the themes of the CompassionshipTM INs of Trust keynote, this session will be an interactive facilitated dialogue and deep enquiry into the IN Trust practice. This session will support you in leading yourself and your teams in times of high stress, nonlinear change and uncertainty through the lens of trust. This is part of a larger program on trust, and your facilitators will share a taster of the CompassionshipTM INs of Trust framework and practice along with time for reflection, discussion and application so you can take the insights back into your school environments to manage yourselves and your teams well in transition.
From this session, Gwen and Sona will support you to:
- Enhance the relationship you have with assumptions, expectations and beliefs about trust
- Examine ways to refresh your leadership and strengthen/restore trust in a way that reduces unnecessary struggle and suffering and increases effectiveness
- Create practices that support you to stay IN Trust with yourself, your people and your mission to successfully lead people and lead change in a constantly evolving education landscape.
