It’s almost the mid 2020s. Old school authority is over. ChatGPT is here, routine jobs are going and so are legacy leadership styles and systems. Creating an environment that is innovative, positive and abundant has never been more important for our learning communities. It’s not easy for us to lead well in today’s complex world, yet we know we need to create thriving workplaces where people can bring their unique creativity, collaborate to solve problems and contribute to a vision they helped create. Principals are remarkable, big-hearted people and in this session, Louka reflects on how we might refresh ourselves, motivate our teams and build commitment to enable us all to do our best work consistently.
