She started her career as a business analyst with a global consulting firm and expanded into strategic & enterprise analysis, coaching, change management, business improvement and leadership roles across a variety of industries around the world. She has led cross-functional teams and held executive positions accountable for Human Resources, IT, Business Improvement, Change Management and Communications.
One of the highlights of Gwen’s career was in 2014 when she was 1 of only 200 global leaders invited to attend the Spirit of Humanity Forum in Iceland. For 3 days, she shared in dialogue and learning with Nobel Peace Prise winners, Royal advisors, global politicians and business executives. Gwen was invited back and attended the 2019 Forum as well.
