Our school leaders are the people with the recent research and expertise to advise on how schools can embrace new opportunities and set students up for success in a rapidly shifting world.
This workshop firstly reviews effective strategies to strengthen school communities by embracing the key components of effective organisations- connect, protect and respect.
Participants will get an opportunity to conduct for themselves a cultural check-in on their schools (privately) and then go through the key processes of developing this process.
The workshop will also discuss how leaders can empower their voice and vision as thought leaders on how education needs to reshape itself so we don’t just react to a changing world, but create a future worth having.
